Terms and conditions
These booking and cancellation conditions apply to the operations of Stilte (Y ID 3495984-2), a company offering nature and health services. The customer undertakes to comply with these conditions when booking and ordering Stilte's services. The conditions presented below become binding on both parties when the customer has ordered the service and/or paid the reservation fee mentioned in the contract terms.
General conditions
Stilte sells services to private individuals and business customers. Stilte is not included in the VAT register, so the prices shown are VAT-free. Business customers are priced according to the order and the customer accepts the presented offer in writing, for example by e-mail.
We reserve the right to change prices. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.
The terms are valid for the time being, the rights to changes are reserved.
The age limit for Stilte's services is 15 years. Children under the age of 18 can participate in excursions with or with the guardian's consent. Age limits for family events are announced separately.
Booking and paying for services
The customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the description and instructions of the service to be purchased, as well as the related conditions. The customer's order is binding when he has paid for the ordered nature service in full or the pre-determined reservation fee. The customer will then receive an order confirmation in his email. The customer pays for the order according to the payment method he has chosen, following the terms and conditions of the payment method. Interest on late payment is in accordance with the Interest Act.
The reservation is made via the service provider's website, by e-mail or by phone. When booking, you must pay at least the booking fee for the nature service. If the service is not paid in full at the time of booking, the customer will receive the final invoice by email. The invoice is due 15 days before the start of the service. If there are less than 15 days to the start of the service, the invoice is due immediately.
No reservation fee is charged for massage and pampering services. The customer pays for the service on the spot using the payment method of his choice. The reservation is made through the reservation calendar linked to the service provider's website.
The service provider's right to cancel the order or change its content
Stilte reserves the right to change the course, duration or route of the nature services, if necessary, e.g. as a result of weather conditions or due to some other possible situation causing danger or harm.
The customer must notify Stilte in advance of possible health-related factors that may cause risks. Stilte can cancel or suspend the program service if the customer's actions cause a safety risk for himself or others, or if his health condition is estimated to pose a risk to the implementation of the program service.
The nature service may have to be canceled by the organizer due to too few participants or the guides falling ill. We try to notify the cancellation no later than a week before the event.
Various force majeure situations independent of the organizer can also prevent the implementation of the service. Such situations independent of the organizer can be, for example, strikes, natural disasters and pandemics.
The organizer will try to organize the canceled events at a new time or try to offer a replacement service to the customers who purchased the service. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, the organizer will return the paid payment to the customer.
In force majeure situations beyond the service provider's control, Stilte is not liable for compensation. In such situations, the event can be canceled without compensation.
In massage services, the customer must fill out the patient information form at the first visit, and also inform the service provider of any changes in health that may affect the treatment. Stilte collects and stores customer data in accordance with the law on the processing of social and health care customer data and in the required manner.
If the reserved massage or pampering session has to be canceled for reasons attributable to the service provider, the matter will be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms
If the customer is unable to participate in the nature program service he has booked, the customer must cancel the place reserved for him and immediately notify the service provider in writing by emailing info@stilte.fi. The customer is responsible for the cancellation being sent in sufficient time.
-If the cancellation is made when there are more than 30 days before the start of the event, no fees will be charged for the service and any participation fees will be refunded. The refund is made as a bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
-If the cancellation is made when there are 15-30 days to the start of the event, a reservation fee of 50 euros will be charged to the customer.
-If the cancellation is made when there are less than 15 days to the start of the event, 50% of the price of the service will be charged to the customer. A possible refund is made as a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
-If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the event, the full price will be charged.
-Interruption of a course or retreat does not entitle you to a refund.
- The service provider can cancel or suspend the program service if the customer's actions cause a safety risk for himself or others, or if his state of health is estimated to pose a risk to the implementation of the program service. The service provider is then not obliged to return the payment.
-If the event has to be canceled due to a force majeure situation, it does not entitle to a refund. In such situations, the customer must ensure that he receives compensation from his insurance company.
-If the customer has to cancel his participation in the course or hike at the last minute due to illness or a similar situation, he must apply for compensation from the insurance company.
- If the service cannot be arranged, e.g. due to too few participants or if the guide gets sick, the entire payment will be returned to the customer. The refund is made as a bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
The cancellation conditions for nature services are valid until further notice.
We reserve the right to use different cancellation conditions, which are negotiated separately in each case.
If the customer cancels the booked massage or pampering treatment no later than 12 hours before the start of the reservation, no fee will be charged. If there are less than 12 hours until the start of the treatment, the service provider has the right to charge 50% of the value of the unused service.
Insurance of the service provider
Stilte has valid liability insurance. Liability insurance covers damages caused by possible incorrect operation of Stilte, neglect of safety, or damaged equipment.
Customers participating in courses, excursions or retreats organized by Stilte must have valid personal travel and accident insurance. The service provider is not responsible for damages covered by the customer's own insurance. If the customer has illnesses, injuries or mobility restrictions that may affect the use of our services, they must be reported at the time of booking.
